UNESCO World Forum 09/2019

I was recently invited to participate on a panel in the UNESCO World Forum, which took place in Parma in mid-September. It was an intense and interesting couple of days, which gave each participant a glimpse into the various paths food had taken us, through the lenses of culture, education, and sustainability.
